Mat Mechanics refers to an official’s look and how efficient they: Get into position, change levels,  anticipate, give clear signals, communicate, use distance, recognize stalling & near fall, handle difficult situations/keep composure

I was watching wrestling videos and looking for good examples of mat mechanics. Saw the following video. It is very specific to a wrestling team in Detroit but I felt the official did a good job from levels, controling the matches, not too close, selling the call.. Let me know what you think.
